About Sophie

Sophie is a passionate and enthusiastic coach at The ADHD Advocate. She specialises in coaching for students, as an ADHD coach for DSA Education and through the High School Success Programme, launched by the ADHD Advocate.

After being diagnosed as a teenager and prescribed medication, Sophie felt the right support was not available as a student for her to reach her best potential. While receiving coaching during her Engineering career, Sophie realised the impact and importance that ADHD coaching can have. So, given her own early difficulties both at school in Italy and university in the UK, she decided to switch careers to become a coach and help students receive the support they deserve during their education. Sophie believes that learning one’s needs and coping mechanisms from a young age is key to understanding and finding one’s path. Sophie is undergoing ADDCA training to continue to build her coaching skills and techniques.
