More Info:
Hello, Â I'm Xanthe and I'm an ADDCA trained ADHD Coach. I understand the importance of finding the right coach, so here is a little bit of information about who I am.Â
Â
I have both a personal and professional relationship with ADHD, having been diagnosed with ADHD in 2019. I understand that while
ADHD can be a source of significant strengths and creativity, it can also feel chaotic, confusing and overwhelming. This can be the experience of both those with ADHD and for those wanting to support someone with ADHD, whether a parent, family member, manager or partner.Â
Â
My role as coach, whatever the context will be to support you through a journey of developing an empowering, compassionate and understanding relationship with ADHD, in a way which brings out the best in ADHD; harnessing the strengths while exploring ways to anchor the more challenging or wonkier parts of the ADHD experience.Â
Â
I have a background in working with young people and families in the context of social work and fostering while also having strong leadership experience, working with individuals and teams. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and have no preferred client demographic. I am motivated by the opportunity to support growth and understanding in anyone willing to explore their relationship with ADHD.Â
