SO MUCH HAS CHANGED FOR ME
Coaching with Stephanie was really grounding as she helped
you put a different lens up through which to look at
your own life or way of being that you wanted to change.

It seemed so hard to do on my own but with Stephanie's insightful questions, warmth and energy in protected time to reflect...

AS IF SHE'D HAD A CAMERA IN OUR KITCHEN
Stephanie had a very nice manner with us from the start, which helped us relax and open up. She was very open on her side,
sharing her own situation. Early on in the meeting Stephanie
showed her insight into the ADHD specifics, identifying some
of our situations with our son as typical of ADHD.
Beyond that, Stephanie’s insights were so spot on
it was as if she’d had a camera in our kitchen!
The specific advice Stephanie gave was great and she was very encouraging about the things we were doing.
At the end, it was very good to have some different options for next steps as well as the books –
“Smart but Scattered Teens” has already been very helpful.
We both left feeling that our situation was well understood and that she was someone who had given us good support and insight.

HELPED ME MAKE SOME REAL BREAKTHROUGHS
Having worked with Stephanie for a few months now, I really value her professionalism, the enthusiastic way she approaches the different subjects relevant to me and her clear and rational thinking.

She has helped bring structure to my every day life, with the view of eventually setting clearer long term goals.
Stephanie doesn’t shy away from the more complex issues I sometimes avoid facing, so she has helped me make some real breakthroughs in my thinking.
She is an endless source of information, books, and other resources to help me out and maintain more balance in my life.
I really enjoy working with her and our meetings are definitely one of my week’s highlights.

I'M HOPEFUL FOR WHERE IT WILL LEAD
I’ve come to Stephanie after a recent ADHD diagnosis
to get better at life. It’s really that simple.
I often feel overwhelmed by competing thoughts, take on too much and then struggle to prioritise. While it can appear on the outside like my life is in order, I’m often tying myself up in knots about where I’m at and what I’m trying to accomplish.
So … with Stephanie’s support we’re building sustainable
idiot proof models to be better - at time usage, at creating
stability for an ADHD mind to operate, and knowing how I
operate and why, building vision for what I want the future to look like, and a roadmap on how to get there.
It’s all positive stuff and I’m hopeful for where it will lead.

100% RECOMMEND
The coaching sessions with Stephanie have proved
invaluable and have exceeded my expectations.

Stephanie quickly honed in on the areas I was struggling with
and gave me some easy to apply strategies.

I’ve enjoyed learning about myself and how to play to my character strengths and the feedback loops that make me happy.

100% recommend anyone with or without ADHD sees Stephanie.
It’s been thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening experience.
Thank you.

I AM MAKING SUCH PROGRESS
I came across Stephanie online and felt I could relate to her
from her story compared to others so I was intrigued
and we had a chat over the phone.

I felt like Stephanie could help me and be my coach after
that phone call and after speaking to another happy
client of Stephanie's I decided to go for it.
I am so glad I did as I am making such progress.
The main thing about Stephanie is I feel I can be totally honest
about my ADHD because I know she understands and
doesn't judge me and I know is there to help me.
In two sessions, Stephanie uncovered what I loved
doing - which was painting - but I hadn't touched
a paintbrush in 8 years!
She encouraged me to start and now I wake up every day
and wonder how I went 8 years without painting.
Aside from that, I have learnt tips and tools already for
improving my life and I'm really excited to see where
I will be in 6 months time with Stephanie's help!

COMPULSORY FILING FOR THE BRAIN
Stephanie is quite simply ‘fantastic’. Patient, pragmatic and professional - I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her services to anyone struggling with ADHD. I’d define time with Stephanie as ‘compulsory filing for the brain’ which for those of us accelerating at the speed of lightening is some well earned down time to rationalise the week and devise ideas for the forthcoming week which can be implemented for the future. INVALUABLE ADHD KNOWLEDGE AND INSIGHT
Having been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 33, I was keen to start coaching as part of my treatment plan.
I was very lucky to have found Stephanie as her coaching has provided me with tips, techniques and insights that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. She is excellent at helping you to identify your inner strengths and passions, and then coaching you
towards your goals in an ADHD friendly way!
Stephanie truly listens, is very patient and will provide you with many 'lightbulb' moments during your journey with her!

Her ADHD knowledge and insight is invaluable for anyone struggling with the condition.
I've come so far in the six months since my diagnosis and
Stephanie has played a massive part in my progress.

TRANSFORMED MY DAUGHTER’S LIFE
Stephanie gave me invaluable and brilliant support and advice through the process of dealing with the Local Authority
to get my chosen school named on my daughter’s EHCP.

She provided me with an extensive framework to write a full and effective response to the initial proposed provision on the Draft Plan.
Her educational legal expertise is fantastic and she has strong knowledge and understanding of how SEN works
within schools and local authorities.

Stephanie’s letter was instrumental in persuading my LA to agree to our chosen independent and out of borough school,
which has transformed my daughter’s life.

BUILT STRUCTURE INTO MY LIFE

Steph has been a brilliant coach and helped me with much more
than I could have ever expected.

After just 4 appointments I have managed to build structure
into my life whilst also learning more about
the way my brain works.

MANY THANKS FROM A NEUROTYPICAL MOTHER
I'm the mother of a 20 year old who was drug dependent,
unwell, unhappy and not coping at University.
Correct diagnosis, medication and Stephanie's input is radically
changing our lives.

My daughter says Stephanie makes her accountable (not in a harsh way), challenges her to develop her own strategies
and self awareness.

Best of all Stephanie also has ADHD which means
she really understands the mysterious brain that is ADHD.
Many thanks from a neurotypical mother.

HELPED ME FOCUS ON WHAT IS IMPORTANT IN MY LIFE
For years, I’ve always felt I was never living up to my potential.
My life was a series of unfinished projects,
unaccomplished goals and never-ending to-do lists.
Stephanie has helped me focus on what is important in my life
and I’ve made more progress on my goals in the
last 6 months of coaching
than the 10 years without a coach.
I have clarity on my goals and finally feel like I’m making progress
towards them while managing my day-to-day work and tasks
without feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

I'VE ACHIEVED MY BEST UNIVERSITY GRADES
My psychiatrist recommended coaching as I had already had a lot of
CBT in the past. My first session with Stephanie was hard work, my
brain was being exercised to think in a different way to how it had
before. But it even my first session I learnt a lot of valuable
information about myself.
Coaching taught me to understand my brain, focus on my strengths
and from this, learn unique strategies that worked for me.
I was able to not be so hard on myself and be the most
organised I had ever been.
This new insight also allows me to now make informed life decisions,
I can choose not to do things I now realise are just that much more
difficult for me and my ADHD brain. I can choose to do things
that my ADHD brain is motivated by.
Stephanie has been with me on every step of my coaching journey,
and it hasn’t stopped yet. So far, I’ve achieved my best
university grades and it won’t stop there.
Coaching is a powerful tool that I will continue to choose
in order to reach goals that for the last decade,
I didn’t believe possible.

CAN'T BELIEVE HOW LUCKY WE ARE
TO FIND YOU AS OUR GUIDE
“I cannot believe how lucky we are to find you as
our guide for all this!!"
Thank you very much for your time this morning.
Talking to you and reading the library section of your website
gave me so many light bulb moments and I feel like I am now
much better equipped to help my son going forward.
I am sure that I need to learn a lot more to help my son navigate
the neurotypical world and there will be a lot of
ups and downs along the way.
However, after listening to your story and picking on your brain,
I can now see the whole situation in a much more positive light
and also feel very empowered as a mum.
I cannot believe how lucky we are to find you as our guide
for all this!!
Many many thanks again for everything...

MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T
FIND HER SOONER I DIDN'T
I reached out to my psychiatrist for guidance on reputable ADHD coaches when I was really struggling with prioritisation
in a new role.

He immediately recommended Stephanie and I couldn’t be
happier that he did.
In all honesty, I was initially concerned about working with a
fellow ADHD’er as a coach but now I can absolutely see
the benefit and need for it to have been that way.
Steph just gets how the ADHD brain works, and
more importantly she loves it.
She’s not only helped me to find the best way to work,
enabling me to be more successful in life, but she’s
hugely improved my confidence in my abilities.
Our combined genuine interests, hers being in tapping into
my potential and mine in my desire to improve,
have been a perfect mix.
My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!

HIS LEVEL OF SELF-ACCEPTANCE HAS DEFINITELY IMPROVED…
I booked a session with Stephanie to talk to my teenage son
who was recently diagnosed with ADD.
My son was reticent to discuss his diagnosis at home
let alone with a stranger.

I was worried about what the session would be like, but
Stephanie approached my son with a lot of respect, enthusiasm
and zeal, and helped him to reframe his diagnosis not as
something to be ashamed of or embarrassed by but
just as a difference that can also have its pluses.

Since we've met with Stephanie his level of self-acceptance has definitely improved.

CAN'T THANK HER ENOUGH!
I was diagnosed at the age of nine but I was on my own to try find
a way to cope until now.
It has been nothing but troublesome.
I didn’t know ADHD coaching even existed before meeting Stephanie.
Now at 26 there has been a massive turn around in my life and
a taming of the chaos I didn’t know I could get past.
I’ve only known Stephanie a matter of months but it didn’t take
her long to make a huge impact.
She was so easy to trust and confide in. She’s been an anchor.
Every week I so look forward to seeing/chatting to her.
She is such a pleasure to talk to and has taught me so much about myself.

She’s also made me to feel less alone.
Having ADD can be a lonely place to be but not anymore.
I can’t thank her enough.

THE CHANGES TO MY LIFE HAVE BEEN MONUMENTAL!
Before meeting Stephanie, I was at a complete loss as to what to do. The pandemic in March had caused me tremendous distress and
I urgently sought to make wholesale changes to my life.
Initially, I was sceptical about coaching and only decided to try it
as a last resort. As my ADHD was permanent, I didn't think
there was much point. I never imagined it would
actually work. Stephanie proved me wrong...
Since our very first session, Stephanie has been a pillar in my life
who's supported me in coping with all aspects of my ADHD.
In particular, my career change, my anxiety and my relationships. She has given me the strength and confidence to move forward
and thrive at being 'me'. Five months later, I've gone from
wallowing in my own despair to taking large strides forward,
and now find myself within close quarters of
where I want to be.
What is unique about Stephanie is the way she holds the full weight of her clients in her hands. This is demonstrated by the
exhaustive energy she puts into each of her sessions.
She has the gifted ability to instil the spirit of hope
in others and turn dreams into achievable objectives.
It's no exaggeration to say that the changes to
my life have been 'monumental'.
She is a truly prolific coach and I wish everyone well to
make the most out of the experience!

I'M TRULY GRATEFUL!
I’m truly grateful for finding Stephanie. Her coaching is
above and beyond expectations.
Stephanie ensures you feel listened to, with her
compassionate and reflective approach.
With ADHD it’s easy to feel lost and distracted. With Stephanie’s framework, the support during and after each session
ensures you can achieve the clarity and focus
you need to stay on track.

I GAIN SO MUCH CLARITY AND WISDOM
The questions have been so intelligent and really get to the heart
of how I feel and once I begin to answer I gain so much clarity
and wisdom around what changes could be made
and how that might feel.
I am hoping this takes me to a place of peace and inner knowing
which then informs how I live and the values that
drive me forward making decisions
much easier for me.

INSPIRED ME TO LISTEN TO MY INNER VOICE
Coaching with Stephanie has made me realise that my inner voice
is actually screaming and is not silent.
Its just that I need reminding to ask the questions and LISTEN to
my response and trust that I will be able to move forward.
I am now committed to be all in for an exploration of what and who I
am at my core. To commit to saying yes to my needs and self-care
and that means being and living an authentic life.
No more coercion.
I think that comes from self always trying to fit in or adapt to
circumstances or being acceptable to others or recognisable
as whatever identity they want to see. Feeling other
defined does not work for me!

HELPING ME UNCOVER MY MOST VALUABLE BURIED TREASURES

THANK YOU SO MUCH !

My impression is that whatever you are doing with him seems to
be working, it appears he is more organised and
on top of his work etc.
He also seems much happier in himself. So thank you so much.
I would really like if he could continue with you throughout
this year until he completes college.
I think he needs continued support and I would love if you
could provide this.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
I’ve been through 2 years of therapy and I was diagnosed with ADHD for a year before I found Steph.
I’ve always been curious about coaching but also quite skeptical.
I’ve communicated with a few coaches before and I found that
neither the ‘free-flow’ style nor the mindfulness style works
for me. I would like something that’s more structured
so I don’t feel lost.
Steph is great because she has a structure that’s been tested and
practiced as the basis of her coaching, but she also
accommodates individuality and contingencies in life
to better help each individual with what they need
the most at the time. It’s been a great journey
and every minute I’m learning.
Working with Steph is absolutely fantastic! Not only did she
help me to get clarity of mind in understanding ADHD, she
also taught me so many useful techniques that've been
greatly helpful to handle my daily life with ADHD.

Steph is funny, caring, honest, and incredibly smart and analytical. This means that not only can she recognise the problem and find
a solution, but also makes it work FOR YOU because she
understands you on a personal level.

The coaching has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone,
but it’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself and my
personal growth.
I now feel a lot more in control with my life and a lot more
confident in dealing with my ADHD.

EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR
“I could have cried I was so happy and grateful how well my daughter's session went - everything I’d hoped for.
To have watched her struggling on so many sides ... being continually pulled down, largely by her ADHD, burying her head about it all and despite trying so hard she’s really been quite unhappy and even lost.
I think you have broken through and the fact she talked so openly with you is extraordinary and such a comfort. [You’re] dynamic, smart and kind and do so much good in the world … Truly thank you.”
